Meet Dave Reniero
What started out as a small side business for Dave Reniero almost two decades ago ended up becoming a full-fledged cleaning business. Dave credits the growth of his business to his loyal customers, not just for using his company but also for recommending it to others. Dave knows that the power of word of mouth is strong in a small town where everyone is connected. It has always caused him to go the extra mile to ensure that all jobs are done well and that his clients are happy. Throughout the years he has been able to add new equipment, services and staff members thanks to the company's excellent reputation.
Dave has lived in Terrace for over 23 years and is originally from the Northwest BC area. He was born in Prince Rupert then lived in Smithers, until he moved to Terrace in 1998. He likes the outdoors and all of the recreational opportunities offered here because of its diverse geography.
Dave has a positive outlook when it comes to the future of small businesses in Terrace. He is encouraged by recent growth, including the growth of his own business. He looks forward to even more growth in the future.
Amber Webb
Janitorial Sales Consultant
Amber Webb joined the Bravo team back in 2019 as the Janitorial Sales Consultant to manage the janitorial supplies department. She enjoys connecting with the community, providing solutions for all her customers as well as helping set up new clients with all their janitorial supplies. Amber values her customers and finds satisfaction in helping them find the products that best fit their needs.
Carla Rathgaber
Janitorial Supervisor
Carla started with Bravo Cleaning Services as our janitorial services supervisor in 2021. Carla enjoys providing services to our community. She finds enjoyment in helping seniors in need get into a clean space. The genuine connection Carla has to her customers makes her a memorable member of our team.
Jonavie Maglangit
Janitorial Team Lead
Jonavie started with Bravo in November of 2024 as our janitorial team lead. Jonavie enjoys providing services to vulnerable members of our community especially and seeing the transformation after cleaning!

Justin Robinson
Field Supervisor, MFS Hood Vent Certified
Justin Robinson has been part of Bravo Cleaning Services since 2013. He began as a field technician and with his dedication, performance, and exceptional work ethic he now manages our field crew. He takes pride in ensuring the exterior of his customers homes, businesses, and heavy equipment are cleaned to perfection. Justin enjoys connecting with his customers and helping them in anyway he can.

Christian Brechun
XPEL, CWFI (certified window film installer), Paint Correction Tech
Christian joined the team at Bravo Cleaning Services in 2018. Christian is a car enthusiast and appreciates providing paint protection, window tinting, and paint correction to his customers to keep their vehicles looking their best. Christian is our senior XPEL tech and completed his XPEL Paint Protection Film and Fusion ceramic coating certification through WD Co-Auto back in 2019. He completed his Window Tint training through Tint Academy Canada, and his paint correction and ceramic coating training through both Diamond Kote & Glidecoat. Christian is also PDR certified through PDR Canada but is currently focusing on his other trades.
Luis "Aze" Cavite
XPEL, Detail Shop Supervisor, Paint Correction Tech
Luis started with Bravo in July 2023. He has a great love for cars which lead him to this career. He completed his XPEL training through WD Co-Auto in 2024 in Calgary. He enjoys paint correction as the before and after of the vehicles paint is quite satisfying.
